Almost Done... With the First 100
The first hundred backpacks are almost completed. Stonehocker does a quick inventory to see where we are. The initial goal of this community service event in Butte, Montana was to provide 100 backpacks to Safe Space. However, donations exceeded that by over 20%, so an additional 20 packs were assembled. When multiple organizations within the Kiwanis family work together in a community the impact is huge.
