Books for Safe Space
Jess, one of the directors of Silver Bow Kiwanis (left), and Sabrina, executive director of SafeSpace, stand behind and show off some of the kids' activities, toys, and books that Silver Bow Kiwanis members collected during the month of January to deliver to SafeSpace when Sabrina was our speaker on February 3. Our goal was to collect at least 100 kids' books to donate to the SafeSpace shelter in recognition of Kiwanis' 100 year anniversary in 2015. We exceeded 100 books by a considerable amount, and also donated crayons, kids' activity books, coloring books, and stuffed animals.
