Silver Bow Kiwanis Kiwanis Board Meeting, Jul 7, '11

We discussed the progress with the EliMiNaTe project. It looks like the changes in funding allocation are being reversed so the information we made our decision based on will be accurate. Dave is currently in Geneva for the International Convention, but will give us an update when he returns.

We discussed new board members. We need a new Vice Presndent (who will then go on to be President Elect, then President, then Past President). Roger suggested Keith. We are also looking for a new Secretary and a new Treasurer. Steve Reynolds is interested in being treasurer. Four directors are rotating out and will need to be replaced (or re-elected) as well.

Looking for a date in late August for the picnic.

We are going ahead with the brochures/fliers.
