Silver Bow Kiwanis Kiwanis Board Meeting, Aug 4, '11

Roger let us know that the Rescue Mission was very grateful for the use of our trailer to sell fireworks for Independence Day. Not only was everything returned in order, but they did some paint touch-up to thank us for the use.

Roger and Ken will be getting steaks for the picnic on the 23rd. Desiree will provide serving tables, she just needs someone who can come by with a pickup to pick them up.

Nine people are signed up to help with the Bull-A-Rama next Thursday. Doreena will call Lloyd to check on availability of their clubhouse for our installation dinner in October so we can set the date for that. Steve has agreed to be Treasurer.

District convention is in Lewistown on August 19th. The incoming secretary and incoming president should attend for training. And everyone else should attend too.

We are getting 2,000 fliers printed promoting the club, and are working out an incentive program to encourage members to use them to invite people to join the club.
