Silver Bow Kiwanis Kiwanis Board Meeting, Sep 1, '11

The board voted that any request for rental or use of equipment owned by the club needs to be submitted in writing and voted on by the board.

We want to get other youth organizations involved in the B.U.G. program, to help keep the kids engaged.

We're looking at the 14th, 15th, 21st, or 22nd of October for the Installation Dinner. Lloyd will get back to Roger on which date the facility is available.

The club is buying a laptop computer for use by the secretary, as Roger will be returning the District's laptop now that he is no longer helping at that level.

The club is selling one of our two generators to to Roger for $175.

The brochures/handouts are printed, and some were handed out this week at the meeting. We will be drawing for a $50 gift card quarterly (for a while). To be eligible for the drawing, members must give out handouts and get someone to come to a meeting as a guest.
