Doreena reminded everyone that our picnic is coming up on August 23.

Lloyd reminded us about the Bull-A-Rama coming up on the 11th. They're looking for people to help with parking, program sales, and work in the grub line. Attendance was low for the rodeo, but they are hoping for a better turnout at the Bull-A-Rama.

Lloyd introduced his guest Gordy. Sara brought her daughter Jordan. And Paul had his granddaughter Bronwyn.

Tim introduced Bill Fogerty, the construction supervisor for the Butte district for the Montana Department of Transportation.

Bill told us that Dewey and Continental are scheduled for resurfacing next year, And Amherst is also being resurfaced and getting new curbs next year.

Also the east-bound on-ramp at the Harrison interchange will be getting improved. And the south end of Montana at Hanson is scheduled to be improved next year.

Bill also went over several projects that are in the planning stage for construction seasons after 2012, as well as details about a number of current projects in the Butte area.
