Roger reported the Superbowl board results for Tombstone Kiwanis. Todd Case took the first and second quarters, Gary Rowe took the third quarter, and Jerry Williams took the Final. Congratulations.

Paul introduced his guest and long-time friend, Tony who came today specifically to hear our speaker.

Dave brought several Key Club Members from Butte Central including Connor, Jack, Jimmy, Shaleen, and Carly. The Key Club is selling butter Braided Bread. Contact Dave if you are interested.

Shane had a little business for us to conduct. Lee Philips has stepped forward to take the position of Vice President, moving on to President in October, and Mark O'Neill has stepped up to take the roll of President Elect, stepping into the Vice presidency in October. Both officers were approved by a clear majority and no dissenting votes of the membership in attendance.

Shane then introduced Pam, a Townsend native running for Montana Attorney General. Pam was a Deputy Attorney General for Lewis and Clark County and then moved on to be Chief Deputy Attorney General for the State under Mike McGrath.

Pam started as a criminal prosecutor, and worked to get alternatives to incarceration, such as the drug courts, in place. She also helped usher the Consumer Protection Office to the Department of Justice under the office of the Attorney General to better serve the people of Montana. This department now has a $3 million trust to help handle consumer protection cases affecting Montana consumers.

Pam also helped establish Montana's identity theft laws, and has worked to rectify worker misclassification issues, where employers incorrectly identify their employees as independent contractors to evade Montana's unemployment and worker's compensation regulations.

Pam believes she has spend the last fifteen years training and preparing to be Montana's Attorney General.
