Silver Bow Kiwanis Kiwanis Club Meeting, May 27, '14

This week we were joined by Matt from the Circle K.

Shawn reminded us of the Bike Rodeo this coming Saturday. We need volunteers from 9 until 2, we let kids through from 10-1.

Key Club is meeting this Thursday at noon in the Central High Library. This is their last meeting of the school year.

Cathy re-read the nominations, including adjustments from the floor. Mark as Past President, Cathy as President, Shawn as President Elect, and Sunvee as Vice President. As directors, Bill will step in to Kristi's remaining year, leaving Jess, Lee, and Dave for the two vacant two year director positions.

After discussion centering on allowing people to serve if interested, Dave Curry made a motion "to extend the board to include 6 director positions and approve the slate of officers and directors as proposed by the nominating committee and the floor." This motion was seconded by at least three members present. Mark called for a vote which passed.

Cathy then played Steve Jobs' Commencement address to Stanford to fill the remaining time.
