Silver Bow Kiwanis Kiwanis Club Meeting, Nov 16, '10

This week was a business meeting.

Doreena talked about getting the club name out there, and talked about Jack's work on getting a sign or billboard up with the names of the three Kiwanis Clubs on it, possibly with phone or web contact information.

Doreena and Darla talked about the B.U.G. program, and the work they are doing. Mark is going to check with some relatives that are teachers to try to get a new teacher contact to help us stay in touch with the schools and the students' progress.

Gene is going to get us date information for Salvation Army bell ringing to collect change for the Salvation Army.

Shawn is working on the Bike Rodeo for next summer. We are going to be talking to the Anaconda Kiwanis club at our interclub Thursday about bikes for it, and how we can reciprocate with them. It was also suggested the we have Megan and Nicole from the Circle K come and talk to us about how they get bikes for their holiday giveaway from the Anaconda club.

Adam then walked us through where commonly updated information is on this web site. He pointed out the current announcement on the home page, the events list on every page, the random picture on each page, the lists of events, and the photo gallery.

Remember, members can upload their own photos, and all board members can post announcements.
