Silver Bow Kiwanis Kiwanis Club Meeting, Jan 18, '11

Lee from CTEP was back again, and reminded us to support the development of the VA retirement center here in Butte. Our new member Jackie from KXLF was here for her first meeting this week. Keith is working with Tyler and Dan from the Circle K and Courtney from the Butte High Key Club on a city-wide interclub project for this spring. Ideas include making up additional backpacks for Safe Space or other emergency needs, or maybe a project at the Paul Clark Home.

Time introduced Dave Stonehocker from Butte Central, who brought Kristen and Kristen from the Butte Central High School Speech and Debate team. Kristen presented Nelson Mandella's Nobel Peace Price acceptance speech with her own commentary, then Kristen performed her original oratory on teacher tenure.
